I had the opportunity to do the first annual Car Flog put on by Hot Rod Magazine.   A small group of cars were invited and I was glad I got to do it.  We had three days of dragging,  dynoing and autocross to see what the cars were really capable of.

I was really happy with the way the 37 performed.  Had two minor issues,  a bad fuel pump (used for starting only) took a crap and made the car a little rough starting.   A cv boot came loose on the dyno and made a pretty big mess in the wheel that I had fun cleaning when I got home.    For an “all around” car I think the 37 could hang with the best!

Keep your eye out for the feature article…. coming out some time in the next couple months.

I was able to drive the car to its debut at Midnight Mass 2012.   Its a great feeling to have so much work and planning come together.  The car is on the road and driving great.  It will need a lot of sorting out,  but its off to a great start.  We had a great showing and shop display at Midnight Mass car show where the car got to be seen for the first time.

For those of you who are interested in updates and more current stuff.    I am a little better about keeping up with things on Facebook.  A little quicker and easier than keeping up with this site.  I will still keep this site up,  but as you can see I am not to good about updating it!  Find Eddie’s Chop Shop on facebook and keep up with the newest stuff.
